ADVISORY (IT - ADVISORY) - BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGAMENT CONSULTANT

 

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert for BCM and Crisis Management
  • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) a d BCP/DRP Testing
  • Develop and implements BCM and Crisis Management policies and processes
  • Assist in the design/implementation of overall security plans
  • Perform risk assessments in a fast-paced environment along with providing timely and practical recommendations to mitigate the identified risks
  • Lead discovery workshops with other consultants and key stakeholders, both in IT and other business units
  • Lead discovery workshops with other consultants and key stakeholders, both in IT and other business units
  • Perform project management and client management
  • Facilitate BCM and Crisis Management Training and Awareness

 

Qualifications

  • Has more than 3 years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Has more than 1 year experience in BCM and/or Crisis Management
  • Has working experience in Project Management and Change Management
  • Has working experience in IT Infrastructure & disaster recovery
  • Has working experience in facilitating BCM Awareness and Training
  • Has working experience in IT Risk Assessments and Security Assessments
  • Specific 1 year ‘experience in consulting/advisory engagements (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge on BCM security standard, framework, and guidelines such ISO 22301, BS 25999, BS 25777
  • Understanding of Information Security standards such ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.
  • Understanding of Cloud Compute, Storage, Security and Virtualization best practice
  • Good communicator and ability to interact with all levels within an organization
  • Very thorough in documentation and detailed-oriented
  • Strong time management skills which allow for multi-tasking while managing shifting priorities
  • Proven history of providing exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferably has at least one of the following certifications:

o    ISO 22301 Certified Lead Implementer/Auditor

o    DRI CBCP

o    BCI CBCI

o    CIS CBCM
