Stanton is a Chartered Accountant (SA) that has over 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, venture capital, financial analysis and strategy consulting in private, public and development sectors. Stanton has gained experience in a variety of organisations, including investment holding companies, pension fund asset managers, professional service firms and early-stage businesses. He has worked in a variety of sectors including financial services, agriculture, mining, energy, consumer goods, technology, leisure and entertainment. He has experience in both buy side and sell side transactions, managing all aspects of the transactions including due diligence, financial modelling, entity valuations and deal negotiations.
