Ces is the Managing Partner at KPMG PNG and leads the office locally. He has over 30 years' experience in senior executive roles in the banking & financial services, Securities, Superannuation, Mineral and Oil & Gas sectors He has extensive Board level experience as Director and Chairman of listed entities in Australia, Canada and Papua New Guinea. He has an unblemished record of in-country representation of international firms and contributed significantly to the development of PNG. Of note is Ces’s achievement in completing the first sovereign ratings for the PNG Government, his roles in the deregulation of the superannuation industry, the privatisation of the PNGBC (now BSP Financial Group), the establishment of the Port Moresby Stock Exchange (now PNGX) and the establishment of the PNG Gaming Industry as founding Director. Ces has experience in IPO’s and M&A transactions in the resources space. He is passionate about ESG and helping to bring about positive change for the future generations of PNG. Ces has previously served as President of the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Trustee of the Anglican Church of Papua New Guinea.
