Rachel is a Director at KPMG. She is an economist with significant experience working with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels and leading multi-disciplinary teams. She provides technical and strategic advice to senior leaders in Government in several areas including policy development and investment decision making. She is experienced in providing advice based on economic, financial and social analysis with a view to optimize strategic outcomes. I have managed the development multiple large business cases and their submission to government, as well as the implementation of large public financial management and private sector development reform projects.
