Paul is an Associate Director in Business Tax Advisory (BTA) in KPMG PNG. His experience is broad ranging advising PNG clients under all tax heads including listed companies, multi-nationals and PNG companies. He has over 14 years of experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services through time spent in Big 4 firms and as a Regional Tax Manager for a leading FMCG MNE. He has managed several high profile and complex tax compliance and advisory engagements on direct and indirect taxes in relation to specific client transactions. He has led teams to provide tax due diligence and tax health checks to multinational clients across various industries.

SERVICE OFFERINGS THAT PAUL HAS LED FOR HIS CLIENTS INCLUDE:

  • Project leader on several tax due diligence assignments
  • Providing written tax opinion/advice on proposed transactions
  • Tax compliance reviews and periodic tax health check (tax audits).
  • Conducting tax training presentations on tax technical issues to clients
  • Liaising with the Revenue Authority on behalf of clients in the resolution of tax disputes
  • Assisting clients to be compliant with all tax heads
  • Assisting client’s with management of transfer pricing issues.

  • B.Sc. Administration (Accounting) -University of Ghana
