Panama, December 1, 2025 – KPMG in Panama announces the addition of Norman Harris as Senior Manager specializing in Trade & Customs to the Tax Services team. His appointment reflects the Firm’s commitment to strengthening its capabilities in foreign trade, customs, and economic integration advisory—strategic areas for the growth and competitiveness of multinational companies in today’s environment.
With more than 25 years of experience, Norman Harris has excelled in negotiating international treaties and regional economic integration processes. Before joining KPMG, he served as Representative and Advisor to the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA) in Panama, where he led inter-institutional coordination and efforts for the country’s incorporation into the Central American Economic Integration Subsystem.
His career also includes strategic positions at the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, where he represented Panama before the World Trade Organization (WTO) in multilateral negotiations and arbitration processes. Additionally, he has advised public entities and private companies on the administration of trade agreements, as well as on the resolution of international disputes.
