Nestle’s Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley programme aims to enhance innovation in food and nutrition through aiming to attract talent, start-ups and investment to the region. The programme will be officially launched in January 2020, and according to Nestle, Switzerland is home to a unique ecosystem in the area of food and nutrition. The founders have reported that the initiative will address major challenges of the future of food and nutrition using cutting-edge science and technology including food waste, innovative products and sustainable diets.
