Succeeding in disruptive times – KPMG’s 2016 Global Transformation Study found that whilst 96% of organisations are in some phase of transformation, nearly half (47%) of executives do not believe that they will extract and maintain the planned value from those transformation initiatives. Business leaders are up against serious cultural and organisational barriers to reaching their transformation goals as well as massive disruptions in technology, customer preferences and market volatility.
