Richard leads KPMG property and infrastructure asset management advisory in New Zealand. He has over 20 years’ experience of large portfolio asset management across diverse sectors, from property portfolios to specialised infrastructure sectors including energy generation, distribution and transmission, airports and ports, public transport, telecommunications, road and rail. Richard advises public and private sector entities on the strategic relevance of infrastructure for better service delivery and has a keen interest in the role infrastructure plays in creating productive, vibrant, and sustainable communities. He is a Registered Treasury Better Business Cases Practitioner, a member of the Asset Management Council and a Certified Asset Management Professional.
