In his time with KPMG, Jamie has held various client account and firm leadership roles and previously acted as the firm’s insurance sector leader and national industry leader for financial services at KPMG New Zealand. Jamie’s current audit clients include a number of New Zealand’s largest financial institutions, including banks, insurers and finance companies.
Jamie has worked in a variety of roles in professional services and in the corporate world, with specialist experience in audit and consulting work in the financial services sector, and has worked in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Jamie has worked with a number of not-for-profit and community organisations, including in governance roles, most recently as trustee and board chair at Edmund Hillary School in Papakura, Auckland.
Jamie joined KPMG in 2002 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
Jamie lives in Sandringham, Auckland and is affiliated with Ngāti Awa. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends and is currently training for his fiftieth marathon.
