Kirsten has over 15 years’ experience as an advisor to the financial services industry on regulatory and compliance matters, including sustianable finance and ESG issues. She specialises in financial services and international regulatory matters. Kirsten advises a range of clients, including the wealth/asset management sector, banks, investment funds, and has acted for some of the biggest asset managers globally on a range of fund stucturing, regulatory and compliance matters impacting the sector.

Kirsten is KPMG’s asset management sector leader, with a focus on ensuring KPMG’s whole of firm expertise is available to our wealth and investment fund clients. In her last role in the UK, Kirsten was global head of ESG and co-head of the London regulatory team at an elite US law firm, known for its leading asset management practice.

As a regular presenter and commentator on regulatory developments, Kirsten is able to clearly articulate complex matters and consider the real impact of upcoming regulatory changes.
