Greg joined KPMG in 1994 and is our National Leader for Deal Advisory Tax – Mergers & Acquisitions. In his Deal Advisory Tax role Greg’s primary focus is on delivering tax due diligence, structuring and documentation review, negotiations and advice in respect of corporate M&A.

Greg has advised on many cross-border transactions in a wide range of industries from the primary sector to education, manufacturing and finance. This has included some of the largest transactions completed in New Zealand in recent years. Greg also has particular expertise in large scale infrastructure projects including Government PPP’s. 

Greg has more than 30 years’ experience as a corporate tax adviser and was awarded a Fellowship by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He has a great reputation for his technical skills, problem solving capability, and focus on service delivery.

Greg brings the full range of skills necessary to manage major global accounts and is highly regarded as a member of the global service delivery team for some key KPMG international clients.
