Jane has many years of experience working with private and family owned business, particularly in the property sector. Her public sector experience has allowed her develop a unique skillset which she is able to draw on to ensure a fair and transparent process is achieved.

She has prepared and facilitated at Family business planning days, finance reviews, restructures and assisted from the transitional phase to implement the result within family businesses and larger public sector departments. Her strength lies in the ability to understand and translate the direction a business has chosen, distil this to the team she is leading, gaining their confidence and buy-in to reach the desired outcome.

Jane is collaborative, forward thinking and service orientated making her an ideal advisor to family business.  She has strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to read situations to ensure an outcome is reached.

Jane has a particular interest in SME governance and sits on advisory boards for both her property and family business clients. This allows her to give an independent assessment at a strategic level, identify opportunities as they arise, risk mitigation and ensure the resources are available to sustain defined growth paths.
