Justin Ensor is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory team, based in Auckland. He specialises in corporate finance, valuations and capital markets. Justin has over 28 years of professional experience advising companies spanning a wide range of sectors, including several well-known New Zealand and multinational clients. His valuation experience includes business valuations, independent valuations, NZX independent appraisal reports, options valuations and valuations for financial reporting and transfer pricing purposes.
