Malcolm specialises in financial services advisory, and financial services regulation. Malcolm leads a team with extensive experience in financial and non-financial risk management, ranging from Conduct and Remediation, meeting current Compliance challenges including CCCFA, COFI, and advisor requirements, and Operational or Non-financial Risk challenges. The team use their knowledge of technical, regulatory and risk management challenges to deliver solutions to clients.
Malcolm has significant experience reporting to and working with Boards, Executives and Regulators, and has significant experience in interpreting and applying new regulation. He has a strong sense of judgment in applying new regulation, significant experience in risk driven response and an ability to be commercial and pragmatic while focusing on achieving workable outcomes.
