Reza is an international expert in policy analysis and evaluation and the head of the Evaluation and Governance Practice at KPMG IDAS. Reza has extensive experience in providing policy advice to and conducting assessments for government agencies in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, international organisations such as the OECD, the IMF and UN agencies, as well as NGOs.
An economist by background, Reza is specialised in evaluation methods. He devoted his PhD thesis to the analysis of policy evaluation and risk assessment tools and has extensively worked on theory-based evaluations. He has often collaborated with scientists and engineers inside multi-disciplinary teams and is regularly consulted by technical regulatory bodies.
Reza has a master’s degree in econometrics and statistics, a master’s degree in economics and a PhD in decision sciences.
