During the forum we will address the disruptive change of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is rapidly and drastically changing the way we work and revolutionizing the automation of client interaction and operational processes. Business and IT processes, once deemed ungovernable through automation, are now central to enhancing customer experiences and elevating process quality with data-driven precision. AI (as a Service) operating models empower organizations to leverage AI capabilities with minor upfront costs. This paradigm shift affects sourcing strategies and existing operating models, which requires a clear adaptation from us as service providers and consultants to meet and exceed clients' expectations.

We look forward to welcoming representatives of service providers within the IT and business process to this event.

Subject

During the Service Provider Forum we want to challenge and discuss together how AI is and will be imbedded in delivering future proof client-centric solutions. We will delve into the impact of AI on the "IT and business process" consultancy and service provider domains, discussing the impact of AI for our clients, for service providers as yourself and for us as consultants. We will discuss what we at KPMG are engineering in this field, considering as well regulatory and ethical perspectives.

See here an interesting read following recent KPMG research on the impact of AI obtaining strategic priority for audit and financial reporting.
