Louise Vytopil has over 10 years of experience in business & human rights. She applies her experience to develop sustainable and practical systems and processes for clients that meet their corporate responsibility to respect human rights. Louise focuses on solutions, working with clients to enhance their systems and controls to better identify and manage human rights risks.

Prior to joining KPMG, Louise gained extensive experience in designing and implementing a compliance programme for business partners and a human rights programme for a large Dutch multinational company. In addition, Louise practiced as a corporate lawyer. She holds a PhD from Utrecht University (2015) on Corporate Social Responsibility, contracts, codes of conduct and (avoiding) liability in supply chains. She remains affiliated with Utrecht University as an honorary assistant professor.
