Job Title: Group Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Job summary:

• The Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as the principal execution leader of the company, responsible for translating the Group's strategic vision into operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth across all subsidiaries and projects.
• The Group Operating Officer will oversee end-to-end operations inclusive real estate development, construction delivery, sales & customer experience, finance coordination, partnerships, and corporate services, ensuring speed, quality, profitability, governance, and sustainability.
• The Group Chief Operating Officer will provide executive oversight for Real estate development lifecycle (land acquisition to handover), construction planning, project governance, and cost management.
• The Group COO will oversee performance across Sales Operations, Customer Experience, revenue growth initiatives.
• The Group COO will ensure strong financial controls and operational reporting.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
• Professional Certifications (PMP, MRICS, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage
• Minimum of 18 years of progressive executive experience in Real estate/Construction
• Prior role as COO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent
• Experience operating within multi-subsidiaries, multi-entity environments is highly desirable.
• Experience operating in emerging markets is a strong advantage
• Proven leadership within: Large Real Estate Development, Construction and Finance-driven or asset-heavy organizations
• Strong exposure to multi-subsidiary or group operations
