Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the financial architect and capital strategist of the Company, responsible for driving financial sustainability, capital market engagement, investment strategy, and robust financial governance across the Group.
The CFO will play a critical role in raising capital, managing complex real estate financing structures, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring that financial systems, controls, and reporting support the Group’s ambition to scale, diversify, and sustain profitability in the luxury real estate market.
This role requires a proven CFO with prior or current experience at CFO level, strong capital markets exposure, deep investment knowledge, and high financial systems and IT proficiency, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV).
Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate and growth objectives
Drive the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) for: Financial reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Project accounting.

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 18 years progressive finance experience
Must be a current or former Chief Financial Officer in a large-scale organization
Strong background in: Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Investment-driven or asset-heavy organizations
Professional qualifications such as: ACA / ACCA, CFA, CPA are strongly preferred
Proven track record in capital market fundraising
Strong exposure to investment markets and structured finance
Experience working with large-scale real estate developments is essential
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) – mandatory
