Elizabeth is a Partner, Tax, Regulatory & People Services (TRPS) division of KPMG in Nigeria. She has over 15 years of professional experience providing tax & business advisory services to leading Nigerian and multinational companies in the consumer/industrial markets, FMCG/manufacturing sector and Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.

Elizabeth’s experience in the tax practice covers personal income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, petroleum profit tax, corporate income tax, capital gains tax, tax audits/investigations support, tax audit, start-up compliance, liaison with regulatory agencies for the obtainment of licenses, permits, and other advisory work. She also has experience in corporate tax restructuring, contract structuring and general business regulatory compliance advisory

Elizabeth has worked with several multinational enterprises in starting up Nigerian operations,  tax and financial compliance checks and due diligence exercises. She has also led various advisory teams on tax matters, business and regulatory implications of transactions.

Elizabeth has deep experience in assisting clients process various tax incentives and waivers including pioneer status incentive.

She has served as tax engagement manager on various projects for various clients within the Nigerian business landscape, delivering value adding results with industry leading practices.

Elizabeth is a recognized thought leader and actively contributes to discussions on topical issues shaping the tax, fiscal and regulatory landscape. She has supported in various capacities on tax policy reforms and served and contributed to various fiscal  legislative amendments. 

Elizabeth is a graduate of Accounting from University of Hull, United Kingdom. She is an Associate of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).  She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
