Oluwakemi Gbadebo is a Manager in the Tax Technology and Transformation Practice within the TRPS division of KPMG Advisory/Professional Services. She has garnered over 6 years of professional tax and regulatory advisory experience delivering value to our clients across various industries and sectors of the economy including banking, insurance, fintech, microfinance, capital markets, etc., within Nigeria, Africa and Globally.

Some of her engagements includes the design and development of tax technology solutions and automations for companies across multiple sectors. Quality assurance testing of tax technology solutions including Artificial Intelligence solution for internal use. Transfer pricing (compliance & advisory) for over 40 companies in various sectors, including financial service industry, technological industry, etc. This includes contract review, functional analysis interview, document validation and verification, etc.

She has worked on transfer Pricing audit and investigation support services to clients in the various sectors, including oil & gas, consumer and industrial markets. Provision of Indirect tax audit and investigation support services for the largest telecommunication company in Nigeria.

She has also worked on the provision of functional analysis interview for clients in the manufacturing industry as well as retail industry. Transfer pricing planning for clients on various transactions, including cost-sharing arrangements, loan benchmarking, and business agreements.
