Ijeoma is the Partner and the Head of the Transactions Services Unit in the Deal Advisory practice of KPMG in Nigeria.

Ijeoma is Partner & Head, Transaction Services, KPMG in Nigeria with over 22 years of professional experience, delivering value adding results with industry leading practices. She has led various business advisory projects covering business expansion advisory, transaction structuring, financial advisory and corporate finance including financial model development and review, valuation, feasibility study/market assessment, business plan development, sector analysis and review, commercial assessment, due diligence, fund raising assistance, reporting accountant role, buy & sell side M&A advisory as well as investment portfolio development and management. Prior to joining KPMG in Nigeria, Ijeoma served as a Lead Financial Analyst with IBM Canada.

Ijeoma’s industry focus cut across the public and private sector of the economy including consumer markets, manufacturing, telecommunications & communication, large corporates and Private Equity firms, funds, technology, power & utilities, oil & gas, FMCG and Retail markets.

As a KPMG Global Accredited Valuer, Ijeoma has demonstrated her expertise in assisting quite a number of our clients in reshaping their businesses, helping them cut through various business and investment challenges.

Ijeoma has a Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration (Marketing; First Class Honours) from the University of Nigeria and a Masters degree (MSc) in Finance from Cass Business School, City University, United Kingdom. She has completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) from the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS).
