Wale is a Partner in the Strategy & Customer Solutions, Advisory Services practice of KPMG in Nigeria with focus on customer experience, innovation and digital transformation in financial services. Over the last few years, he has helped clients across Africa to identify customer and revenue growth strategies and keep pace with the latest emerging technologies to create modern customer-centric organisations. Wale is the Project Manager for KPMG’s annual Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey (BICSS) which has run for over a decade. He is a core member of KPMG's digital transformation team and regularly provides insights on financial services and emerging technology trends at several panels and C-suite sessions.
