Bukky Akinsemoyin

Bukky was with EY for several years and in her last role as a Markets Operations Manager, she partnered with Markets Leadership, Pursuit Leads and Business Development Directors in driving the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. This involved managing the firm’s New Business Development budget and driving operational and planning activities across Markets and BD, including the Pursuits team. Before this, Bukky was part of the Finance division, where she led a team of on-shore and off-shore resources in managing all aspects of working capital management across Service Lines.

Bukky is also a strong advocate of gender parity – in her previous role she was actively involved in initiatives to accelerate gender parity and held different key positions on the Women’s Network Leadership team.

Currently, Bukky’s immediate focus is leading the Clients & Markets team and partnering with the Businesses to achieve its growth strategy and also looking at new and innovative ways to ensure continued value add to the services which the Clients & Markets unit is delivering to the business, including immediate and long term continuous improvement.
