Mohammed is a Partner in our Audit Services division of KPMG Professional Services, Nigeria and has garnered 15 years of professional experience in providing audit/ audit-related services to our clients in a variety of industries/sectors, including consumer/industrial markets, government and non-governmental organisations (NGO) and telecommunications. His engagements have also included several special/project reviews, accounting services, due diligence reviews and agreed-upon procedures services.

With the transition to IFRS effectively in 2012, Mohammed has been involved in various IFRS Conversion and implementation support exercises and audits, delivering the highest value expected with global tested and proven practices.

Mohammed has served as partner and project lead on varied statutory audit and audit-related assignments, agreed upon procedures services, IFRS conversion, training and advisory as well as group  reporting services. He has also been involved and managed several financial statement audit of various
companies.
