Phang Oy Cheng, Head of Sustainability Advisory at KPMG in Malaysia, provided insights on ESG reporting and the importance of viewing ESG as a competitive advantage for businesses. She adds that there is already a clear distinction between companies that implement ESG and those that do not, such as better company performance, greater resilience to economic crises and value for investments.
