Audit quality is at the core of what we do, and consistency has been a key driver to our success.

In our KPMG in Malaysia Transparency Report 2022 covering the financial year to 31 December 2022, we explore audit transformation in technology with KPMG Clara — our cloud-based audit methodology and workflows platform to deliver high-quality audits in a consistent manner.

To emphasize further on our focus on quality, we have also strengthened the consistency and robustness of our system of quality management across our global organization to comply with the new International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM 1). As the demand for environmental, social and governance (ESG) across stakeholders increases, we also document making ESG the watermark running through our organization, especially as the standards continue to evolve.
