A guide to immigration and individual tax matters of mobile employees
Expanding a business internationally brings numerous opportunities for growth and success, but it also entails complex immigration and tax challenges. Moreover, it may result in the double taxation of income in both the host and home countries. Therefore, navigating the intricate landscape of immigration policies and tax regulations becomes crucial for companies to ensure compliance with the respective countries' immigration and tax regulations.
Failure to adhere to these laws can have severe financial consequences for companies, including significant fines, penalties, damage to reputation, and increased administrative costs. Additionally, it places undue stress on mobile employees.
In light of these considerations, this webinar aims to provide participants with an overview of the immigration and individual taxation considerations associated with global mobility for companies.
Who should attend:
• Human resource personnel
• Staff members from the finance or mobility departments who are involved in immigration and tax issues
CPE: A digital certificate of attendance will be issued for 2.5 CPE hours
