SVDP 2.0 - Are you Ready to Come Forward?

The Special Voluntary Disclosure Program ("SVDP") 2.0 is reimplemented for the period beginning 6 June 2023 until 31 May 2024, with 100% waiver on tax penalty, no compound and no audit and investigation on YA where VD has been made.

KPMG in Malaysia invites you to attend this complimentary webinar now scheduled on 12 June, Monday, where we will highlight the key mechanics of the SVDP 2.0 as well as share insights on how businesses can benefit from it.

As you may be aware, the SVDP 2.0 is initiated by the Government of Malaysia on both direct and indirect taxes to pave the way for a more cooperative compliance environment and a less-intrusive audit. This reimplementation follows the successes from SVDP 1.0 in 2018 by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board ("MIRB") for direct tax and 2022 by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department ("RMCD") for indirect tax

Who should attend:
• Chief Financial Officers
• Finance Managers
• Accountants
• Tax managers

CPE: No CPE hour will be awarded for this webinar
