Irving Low
Co-Head of Advisory | KPMG in Singapore
Irving is a partner in KPMG in Singapore and has been with KPMG for over 26 years, having worked in both the London and Singapore offices. As the Co-Head of Advisory (Singapore and Indonesia), he is responsible for the Advisory businesses and practices across Management Consulting and Risk Consulting. Irving sits in the firm’s Senior Executive Committee which oversees the firm’s strategic and operational excellence. His key area of practice is in corporate governance, where he is also the KPMG APAC Leader for Board Advisory Services. He has undertaken numerous corporate governance reviews for both public and private organisations in light of the renewed focus in this area. He is a frequent invited guest and speaker at board meetings and presentations as well as public forums on corporate governance.
Satya Ramamurthy
Partner, Head of Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare, Head of Strategy, Advisory | KPMG in Singapore
Over his more than 20 years in leading advisory engagements covering strategy, business and financial advisory in Asia Pacific, Satya has witnessed first-hand how critical it is for businesses to manage change successfully. As leader of KPMG’s Strategy Group in Singapore, Satya has worked with major clients in the utilities and transport sectors, advising on Strategy, M&A, Board issues and providing them with insights on strategic options and financial reviews. Satya has also worked with Government Ministries to guide them through corporatization and privatization projects. Satya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University, India. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. But he would be the first to tell you that education and personal growth never ends – especially in an era where change is the only constant.
Kenny Tan
Partner, Audit | KPMG in Singapore
Kenny is an audit partner with KPMG in Singapore, with over 27 years of experience working in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Kenny’s audit experience has spanned across a wide range of industries and public sector and provides him the depth and experience to deal with complex financial reporting matters. Besides statutory audits, Kenny worked as reporting accountant for several cross-border capital market transactions. He has extensive experience serving government-linked companies with numerous entities in multiple locations and leading multiple teams to deal with the demands of these high-profile clients. He has also led audits of multi-national companies headquartered in Singapore requiring strong global coordination. Kenny is a Member of the Financial Reporting Committee of ISCA. His other appointments within KPMG include Head of Shipping and Member of Accounting Advisory Committee.

Kasturi Nathan
Head of Board Leadership Center and Head of Governance & Sustainability | KPMG in Malaysia
Kasturi Nathan is the Head of Governance and Sustainability of KPMG Management and Risk Consulting Sdn. Bhd (“KPMG”) and currently leading the KPMG Board Leadership Center in Malaysia. Kasturi has been instrumental in the development of the Firm’s corporate governance practice since 2002 and has specific experience in assessing organizations’ corporate governance practices against the prescriptions of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance. Her main area of specialization is in corporate governance advisory, board advisory services, Sarbanes-Oxley (both USSOX and JSOX), external and internal audit, key control reviews, and enterprise risk management. Kasturi is also a fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Chartered Member from the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.
