He has undertaken numerous projects in the following areas: Workforce Optimisation Strategy in line with Business; Re-alignment of Organisation Structure; Project management for Transformational & Culture Change; Review and Development of Job Descriptions, Review and Refine Compensation and Benefits, KPI development, Manpower Analysis and Project Management. He has also conducted various workshops and HR Operations.
In the course of his career, Mages has worked in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia & Brunei on Global projects, where he led the Change and Communication function. He has also worked on few other Global projects based in Malaysia.
