Elaine Cheah heads KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Transaction Services practices in Malaysia. She has over 29 years of experience in advising and delivering large, complex multinational deals, both locally and abroad, covering due diligence, value creation and deal strategy.

Elaine began her career in audit, before she transitioned to Deal Advisory, where she specializes in deal evaluation (due diligence) and deal strategy.

She has worked on several successful corporate in the infrastructure, oil and gas, financial services, healthcare, education and e-commerce business, including cross border deals in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and USA.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Elaine maintains a regular workout routine to support her physical fitness and mental well-being, which also helps her in building a resilient mind and strong sense of self discipline.
