• See Guan has vast experience in the audit of companies in various industries which include automotive, hospitality, electronics, oil and gas, industrial products, construction, property development, manufacturing and trading. 

• His experience extends to various corporate exercises such as IPO and financial due diligence review. His experience in London includes Sarbanes Oxley 404 audit, US GAAP reporting and internal audit. He was seconded to Transaction Service Division while he was in London to work on few vendor and buy-side financial due diligence engagements.
