Under this purview, he helps clients focus on fundamental business transformation issues — improving quality of service, managing change and risk, increasing revenues, future ready organization design and controlling costs — which all organizations across all industries should address in order to thrive.

He has led engagements in public transport decarbonization, carbon pricing and emission assessment, and has also managed transformations within the energy sector covering economic regulations and reforms, restructuring, institutional capacity building, performance improvement, new market entry, product benchmarking and smart grid.

Abhishek brings approximately two decades of experience specializing in economic regulation, decarbonization, strategizing for affordable and efficient public services and power reforms. His clientele encompass leading organizations based in Malaysia, Thailand, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, USA and India.
