Transport Malta Consultation Session
Transport Malta Consultation Session
Changes to the Air Navigation Order and Aircraft Registration Act
A consultation session was organized at Transport Malta together with a number of interested parties which form part of the Malta aviation cluster.
The session dealt with proposed amendments to the 'Aircraft Registration Act' and the 'Air Navigation Order'.
Transport Malta aims to ensure that Maltese aviation laws are in alignment with the needs of the aviation industry.
The aviation sector in Malta has encountered significant growth over the past decade with the Maltese aircraft register listing over 300 aircraft and the number of AOC holders approaching 40.
KPMG Malta will continue to follow up on these updates.
