Appointment of new Director with KPMG
KPMG has announced the appointment of Mario Vella, with effect from 1 February, as a Director forming part of the firm’s Deal Advisory team.
His main area of focus will be leading the Financing service line, which includes providing advice and assistance to corporate clients in structuring and arranging financing for their projects and operations.
Mr. Vella brings with him a long experience on Credit. He joined Barclays Bank in 1969 and has since occupied several senior roles with Mid-Med Bank plc and HSBC Bank Malta plc. His last position with HSBC was that of Head of Corporate Banking.
