Alexandre Tomic is a tech entrepreneur and investor with a longstanding track record in the online gaming industry. He is the co-founder of Alea, a multi-award-winning game aggregator platform, and Vegas Legends, a next-gen social casino project, with over a decade of hands-on experience, from affiliate marketing to casino operations. Tomic has played a key role in shaping iGaming's evolution. Under his leadership, Alea became one of the most reliable and secure aggregation platforms in the market, offering over 16,000 games via a single API. In addition to his operational work, he actively promotes API governance and best practices across the industry. Today, he continues to focus on innovation, investment, and thought leadership through initiatives like the Under Pressure podcast, where he interviews leading industry figures.

 

Ashley Lang

CEO, Pragmatic Solutions

Ashley Lang, the CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, has a diverse background with over two decades of experience in the iGaming industry. Prior to his current role, he held key leadership positions, including non-executive director at bet365, CEO of both Odobo and Lottomart, and Head of Marketing at Mansion Group. He also co-founded Green Room Media, a B2B marketing agency specialising in the gaming sector.

Since taking charge at Pragmatic Solutions in 2020, Ashley has championed an "operator-first" approach. Under his leadership, the company launched its innovative CPU model Player Account Management (PAM) system, which uses open APIs for greater flexibility and easy integration. He has also overseen the company's expansion into new regulated markets, including Belgium, Greece, and Sweden. Ashley's philosophy emphasises the importance of empowering the right people and using data and rapid testing to drive innovation and long-term success.

Curt Gauci joined KPMG in 2020 to help the firm expand its digital services. He is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. He specialises in developing strategic partnerships with clients and guiding them through their digital transformation journeys, with a particular focus on cloud adoption.

With a strong background in working with leading tech vendors, he has a proven ability to deliver valuable business solutions while building profitable relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Fellipe Fraga

Fellipe (Phil) Fraga is a highly accomplished professional in the sports and gambling technology sectors, recently recognised as "C-Level of the Year" at the BiS Awards 2025. He is the founder, Chief Business Officer, and Head of Institutional Relations at EstrelaBet.

A law consultant by training, Fellipe graduated with a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais and holds a post-graduate degree in Public Law. His legal expertise extends to the sports world, where he serves as a member of the Sports Law Council at OAB and is part of the Sports Law Court for American Football.

 

Eyal Loz

CPO, Ruby Play

Dr. Eyal Loz is a distinguished mathematician and computer scientist, renowned for his contributions to combinatorics and graph theory. He spent over six years at Playtika, leading global innovation as General Manager and driving the development of new game concepts in the casual and social gaming market.

In 2022, he joined RubyPlay as Chief Product Officer, where he oversaw the creation of innovative gaming experiences, including the successful Immortal Ways® series, known for its intuitive design and engaging mechanics. Under his leadership, RubyPlay has expanded its global presence, strengthening its position as a key player in the iGaming industry.

 

Justin Cosnett

CPO, Continent 8

Justin Cosnett serves as Chief Product Officer at Continent 8 Technologies, bringing over 25 years of expertise in technology leadership and service delivery – including more than a decade dedicated to the Betting & Gaming sector.

Since joining Continent 8 in 2012, Justin has advanced from Head of Solution Architecture to his current executive role, where he leads product strategy across our global operations. With a proven track record of collaborating with the majority of online operators and regulatory authorities worldwide, he drives the development of secure, compliant solutions tailored to the complex needs of the global Betting & Gaming industry.

His remit encompasses product innovation, regulatory compliance and implementation of advanced cybersecurity, cloud and connectivity services.
