A series of 5 webinars focusing on functional transformation to thrive in a new business environment.
A series of 5 webinars focusing on functional transformation.
Program Details
To offset the impact of the pandemic, organisations across the globe are adapting and re-building their business models in search of efficiency gains. In the midst of all this, the finance function is in a unique position to be at the heart of change across an organisation.
As a function, finance was already experiencing a significant shift towards digital transformation. The difference now is that digital transformation is no longer a choice. It is quickly becoming an imperative for organisations to thrive in the changing business environment.
CFOs that lead digital transformation initiatives are able to demonstrate significant cost savings through efficiency gains. Moreover, finance transformation should allow finance leaders to take a leading role in enterprise value creation and performance management.
With finances fluctuating not only month-by-month but day-by-day, agile reporting, forecasting, and investment flexibility are an imperative for finance functions that want to thrive in today’s world. By harnessing the collection of data within an organisation and turning it into valuable insights, the finance function has the potential to evolve from a cost centre to the engine room for driving business performance.
