CIO Agenda - The IT Landscape in Malta
25 February 2016, 8:30AM - 12:30PM, CET
The role of the CIO has witnessed signification changes in recent years calling for swift adaptation to reflect today’s realities. Today’s CIO is expected to serve as both strategic business partner and change leader - roles that run parallel to the prerequisite of managing effective information technology operations. The role of the CIO is therefore key in delivering significant improvements in IT’s value proposition. CIOs have to deal with these changes on their own without regular and high quality interaction with their peers. In this regard, the KPMG CIO Agenda is being launched to provide an intellectually creative hub for CIOs, who are seeking to form part of a community, the opportunity to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends and question avant garde technologies.
To this end, the KPMG CIO Agenda will consist of a series of seminars aimed at bringing together relevant individuals from diverse industries with the purpose of offering new thoughts and innovative ideas that can be distilled into actionable insights and plans.
During the first session, we will be sharing some of the findings from a survey that KPMG conducted during the last quarter of 2015. This survey looked at the IT landscape in Malta to understand emerging trends and challenges.
You are invited to attend the KPMG CIO Agenda which is being held on Thursday 25 February 2016 at the Xara Lodge, limits of Rabat.
The first session is complimentary and extended by invitation only. If you are interested to attend, kindly return the attached form at your earliest convenience.
We look forward to welcoming you to the first CIO Agenda meeting.
