Eva Thangaraja Hruscova

Eva is an Associate Director within the People & Change Advisory team and focuses on people analytics, organisational culture, employee engagement, organisational transformation, job grading, strategic workforce planning, and talent review. Prior to joining KPMG in Malta, Eva worked in a shared service centre in Slovakia. She implemented mentoring and career counselling programs, was responsible for talent development, performance management strategy and succession planning, and led the end-to-end recruitment process. Eva delivered over 180 soft skills training for leadership teams, specialists, internal trainers, project managers, university staff, students, and career counsellors in Slovakia, Malta, and Armenia. She also led HR strategic improvement projects in the United Kingdom and Austria. Eva formed part of psychology research project teams in Slovakia and Armenia, and has extensive experience creating surveys, conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and advanced statistical data analysis. She is the author of more than 20 psychology articles published in scientific and psychological journals. Eva received the 2018 HR Talent Award in Slovakia for leading HR strategic projects and the 2017 Young Talent Learning and Development Award in Slovakia for her innovative way of leading soft skills training.
