Roberta graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Enterprise and an Award in HR & People Management. This is complemented with her experience in HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, and people management.
She is passionate about the generic field of Human Resources Management, with a specific focus and interest in people development and employee engagement.
Roberta was appointed as the official People Business Associate for all staff within the Tax and Advisory functions in 2020. She is the first point of contact to all people within Tax and Advisory, including any new recruits. Her role also entails active participation in discussions relating to People, Performance, and Culture within the Tax/Advisory functions, thus having the opportunity to act as a sounding board for any new ideas, suggestions, and concerns raised within these respective areas.
