Blaine Muchmore

Blaine is an Advisor within KPMG in Malta's People and Change Advisory team, specialising in Business Change Management. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Westminster, London, where his thesis focused on the interpretative understanding of culture and subcultures within an organisation. Throughout his experience, Blaine has developed deep expertise specialising in internal behavioural change projects, having conducted skill assessments, introduced a company-wide performance management system, and played a key role in recruitment and onboarding. This has enabled him to develop a comprehensive toolkit for gaining deep insights into diverse users, which he leverages to craft impactful engagement strategies and drive effective communication throughout transformation processes. Blaine’s approach combines strategic insight and a strong focus on relationship-building, enabling him to drive meaningful change within complex organisations.
