Agnieszka ('Aga' in short), is a passionate and internationally experienced Human Resources professional. She is a People Business Associate supporting Tax, Deal Advisory, Digital Solutions, and Corporate Advisory Services at KPMG in Malta. Agnieszka developed her career across Poland, the Netherlands, and now Malta, bringing a people-first mindset to everything she does. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SWPS University - a top-ranked university in Poland. Her expertise includes talent development, with a strong focus on enhancing employee engagement and experience, wellbeing, and coaching. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive, growth-oriented environments, where people feel empowered, connected, and supported to thrive. Agnieszka is also a skilled facilitator who loves presenting and engaging audiences with clear, authentic communication.
