Dylan is a public sector expert, procurement specialist, and contract manager who works within KPMG’s advisory function as Assistant Manager and Subject Matter Expert. He has a proven track record in strategy work, project management, and procurement activities for a diverse range of clients. Through past projects, he gained ample experience in conducting research work, organising and executing consultations, drafting government strategy and implementation plans, and overall contract management.

Dylan’s proficiency also extends to identifying funding schemes, programmes, and EU grants for clients on a local and regional level. Dylan is skilled in managing various contractual obligations, implementing quality assurance plans, monitoring contract performance and leading corrective action when needed. He has also provided bid management support to clients, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met and clients are well-positioned to win contracts.

Dylan graduated with a Bachelor's in European Studies and a Master's in Public Policy and Strategic Management from the University of Malta.
