As an HR Business Partner, Nicolai is dedicated to empowering employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. Currently, Nicolai is the People Business Associate for all staff within the Tax Function at KPMG in Malta. In this role, he serves as the first point of contact for all personnel within Tax, including new recruits. Additionally, his responsibilities include active participation in discussions related to People, Performance, and Culture within the Tax function, providing an opportunity to act as a sounding board for new ideas, suggestions, and concerns raised in these respective areas.
