Joining KPMG has been one of the best decisions I have ever made whilst working in the financial services industry over the past five years. Whilst working with the firm, I have been exposed to a culture which does not only value respect and diversity but also encourages people to achieve their full potential whilst creating a positive social change.
'Empowering' is an understatement when describing my experience which is rooted from the opportunities the firm is continuously providing me with; from being able to work hand-in-hand with the leaders of the firm who mentor and inspire me to become better, to building long-lasting relationships with our clients and colleagues who allow me to recreate a family-environment thousands of miles away from home.
