Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resource services as part of HR team
  • Prepare various Human Resource documents - Employment contract, Order, Timesheet, etc.
  • Maintain employee records and track data accordingly
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process for entry level roles
  • Assist Human Resource projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Psychology, Human resources or a related field
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 year experience in this field will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Advanced in both English and Mongolian
  • Good soft skills such as ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding internal and external calls promptly and politely.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Receiving and sending reports, correspondences, file notes and faxes by couriers and post office.
  • Arrange internal/external meetings and book meeting rooms and catering.
  • Arrange accommodation for business travel.

 

Requirements:

  • Intermediate English – any certificate would be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to navigate various computer applications, including MS Office
  • A minimum of one year experience working as an administrative assistant
