KPMG Mongolia is a tenth-year old young office with multi-national culture. KPMG Korea established KPMG Mongolia in 2012, and we are closely working together. We have Korean audit partners and expatriate managers from Korea, Russia, Turkey, Pakistan, etc. Most of auditors are English speaking Mongolian who are dedicated and diligent colleagues.

We are English using office and looking for in-charge auditor who are talented and experienced audit professional.  We are looking for high performers, who consistently deliver quality work while continually looking for ways to improve. We want you to have a clear sense of personal and professional accountability and know how to build relationships by doing the right thing. 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

·   A graduate of BS Accountancy

·   3 or more years’ experience in Big 4 auditing firm

·   1 or more years’ experience as an in-charge auditor in Big 4 auditing firm

·   Team building skill, Fluent English

·   Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards

 

Ideally, you will also have

·   CPA is very much preferred

·   Group audit experience is preferred

·   Accounting, regulatory advisory experience is preferred

 

Responsibilities (Audit In-charge)

As an audit in charge, you would be the main engagement field team leader for the tasks assigned by partners and managers. You are responsible for the quality of audit. The role requires you to maintain accounting, auditing and industry knowledge, including ability to analyze and fluent project management skills along with excellent communication skill and leadership. You will work with Mongolian associates and Mongolian or Foreign senior audit specialist

·   The audit engagement senior team member has the operational responsibility to provide audit engagement team services with a focus on audit quality and professional scepticism.

·   Demonstrates a strong tone and culture supporting audit quality through a commitment to maintain objectivity, professional skepticism, ethics and integrity.

·   Provides audit operational support on engagements with the focus on the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of the results of the audit engagement in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators.
