KPMG personnel are prohibited from accepting gifts from clients, prospective clients, business partners, government officials, vendors or any third parties.

 

This policy supports personnel of KPMG to conduct their work in a fair, objective and independent manner.

 

In circumstances where gifts unintentionally come into the possession of KPMG personnel, they will be donated to charity.

 

KPMG personnel act in accordance with KPMG policies and adhere to KPMG values.
